Yes. I am in Seattle, the best fucking city in the entire country. >:]
AND AND AND AND AND. It it's awesome.

And I have to leave tomorrow. D:
I've had such a good time (and missing three days of school), staying at the Waterfront Marriott, shopping at Pike Place Market, (I spent about $120 there....) and various other awesome Seattleite shenanigans, including visiting the FIRST STARBUCKS EVER!~
-hailgod-

We came to Seattle for a family reunion on my mother's side of the family, and it was so much fun. :] I chowed down on great food (yum salmon) and hung out with my cousins in the basement playing Taboo and watching Discovery Channel. Believe me, it was a lot more interesting than it sounds.

The other week I magically found my childhood best friend ~LordCJ over Facebook (+1 FB), and it was just in time for my trip to Seattle over Halloween weekend, and we were both like
S;la;lfasdfa;lskfja;sdlufa;lsfja;sledfRAHHHHHH.

I took the ferry to Vashon Island on Halloween, and we put on zombie makeup and recieved various candies from shops, and then watched The Nightmare Before Christmas. Seriously, I hadn't seen this kid in almost ten years, and here we were, being zombies like we see each other every day. (We also played SSBB and MarioKart Wii, and I surprisingly kicked ass >8D )
So I slept over there that night. They have fun cats. And....chickens.

~LordCJ decided that when we get out of college we would write an epic manga with pokemon, gunblades, and zombies, and own a castle with cyber knights that attacked drivers on a Mario Kart course, while we played various Nintendo games. I think that's a pretty awesome life.

We also visited our old homes on 42nd in West Seattle. Major nostalgia.

I even visited the U of W campus, and I really really like it.
I totally belong in Seattle. :3
AND NOW I HAVE TO LEAVE.

NUNUNUNUNUUUU~ I dun wanna go back to Pittsburgh now.
Seattle has nicer people, prettier sunsets, saltwater smell, Pike, and and and... Baskin Robbins.
SIGH. Back to school.....

I bought lots of souveniers, mostly for my friends. Damn having friends. :|
But I guess when I get home, my Roxas costume will be waiting for me. That's a plus, but that amounts to pitiful amounts compared to the awesomeness of Seattle.

I took lots of pictures, so some new shit should finally be appearing on my page. Hurrah.
Now to go sulk on my couch for the last night I'm here.

  • Listening to: "Peachy"- Family Force 5

[This is Jake, of course.]

You have some absolutely incredible pictures up here, I must say. Your editing jobs are also rather excellent. Thumbs up!

If you are still in the search of a film SLR. I would check ebay. I just bought a Canon EOS Rebel G for $30 including shipping.

Sure, it's kind of a low end for canon's slrs, but I wanted to try my hand at film. My mom swears by film and we both have canon lenses that will work on it(Well, she does)
I'll tell you if it was worth it.

Yeah, I know. :[
I had a lot of homework this weekend, and plus I didn't have a costume to wear, so I didn't really feel like going. D:

I didn't know you would actually look for me. xD

I like stalking~!

Hehe, okay, just kidding. I just figured you would have been there, but no worries. I'm paying with tons of homework to have to do today *sigh*

It was actually really fun - I got some decent cosplay pics for once, too, but I'm sure yours would have been epic and a half, as always.

My group won the Hall Cosplay contest for found or altered items, though =]

That's awesme!
I didn't think that there would be many cosplayers, and since I didn't have a costume, I didn't want to lug around my camera all day for nothing. Oh well, my loss. There's always Tekko. 8D

And then you must go to Otakon.
Now that is a con that is epic and a half.

:iconskye-lilie:
Too bad I have to miss Tekko in the spring (but I'll be studying abroad, so its okay, heh, hopefully finding some cons in the UK).

However, I do have plans to return to Otakon. I actually already started my cosplay for it - Crisis Core Cloud. So I hope that works out, and I can find you there. I managed to find you this past year in a sea of 23,000 people after all, haha~!
